Chereen Godwin is South African and holds a BA Honours degree in Psychology and Economics and post graduate certification from Heriot-Watt University in Economics and Organisational Behaviour.

Her 26 years of experience involves roles spanning across Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America and on an expatriate assignment in Europe. She has occupied positions across industries, including Retail, Manufacturing, Direct Selling, Pharmaceutical and most recent in the FMCG industry, at senior Director and VP HR level.

Chereen’s more recent roles include turnaround and transformational with extensive Human Resources experience across all areas. However, expertise in managing change and transformational change, organizational design and building organizational and leadership capability.

Chereen has two sons. Her interests are running, cycling, swimming and scrapbooking.
