Performanta strengthens Africa hub by appointing Ntokozo Mbata as new VP of Sales

Cybersecurity firm Performanta has bolstered its team in the continent by appointing Ntokozo Mbata as VP of Sales for MEA


Performanta, the global cybersecurity firm pioneering cyber safety, has recently appointed Ntokozo Mbata as its new VP of Sales for MEA.


Performanta’s latest strategic hire marks a significant step to strengthen the company’s growing presence in South Africa, as it continues to provide high-grade cybersecurity solutions designed to meet the ever-increasing defence demands of global enterprises.


Prior to joining Performanta, Mbata held a pivotal role as Head of Sales at Altron Security, another key player in Africa’s cybersecurity sector. She also worked within strategy at cybersecurity firm LAWTrust, now part of Altron.


Mbata brings a wealth of experience, from market analysis, sales strategies and revenue growth, to business development and customer services. Mbata’s skills, combined with extensive knowledge of servicing the unique South African business landscape, prove invaluable to Performanta’s boots-on-the-ground team in the continent.


Performanta will rely on Mbata’s comprehensive understanding of the region to make an immediate impact on the way Performanta markets its solutions and services to its Africa-based clientele, as well as accelerating the business’ renowned customer service and field-leading solutions.
